The Riverchase Career Connection Center (RC3) opened its doors in August of 2019.  The state-of-the-art career training facility houses five academy programs: 

• Culinary and Hospitality Academy
• Cyber Innovation Academy
• Fire Science Academy
• Health Science Academy
• Skilled Trades Academy

   

Multiple corporate and government business entities have partnered with Hoover City Schools to make RC3 a reality.  Formerly Pelham Middle School, the facility was bought from Pelham City Schools in 2017 and completely renovated.  Each academy program features high-tech simulated workspaces.
